I wanted to have a go at making pixel art without using a base (in short, making the outlines darker colors than the filled areas) and I wanted to draw an official Mega Man character so....voila XD

Splash Woman is a "Robot Master" (Mega Man Classic term for end-of-level boss) designed for underwater usage (obviously) who, along with the other Robot Masters of Mega Man 9, passed her period of use expiry date and was scheduled for destruction, her reason for joining the evil Dr. Wily is as a last ditch effort to actually be useful one last time, its a shame Megaman has to destroy her... Anyway my Megaman nut friend Tamakaro said it looked good, so I decided to submit it XD well here ya go. Her torso looks a little off =_=; nothing new there.

XD yeah, she's on the Wii Mega Man game ^^ you must buy it from the Shopping Channel, if you have internet access it should be easy! ^_^

Alriiiight, the first official female Robot Master. Her tail sweeping forward is a nice touch.
